CNC Routing

We offer CNC routing on our 2440x1220mm machine, working with an automatic tool change to optimise cutting and process jobs quickly. Great for cutting thicker jobs that our lasers can’t handle, as well as larger build, fabrication and carpentry jobs

Wood

We work with MDF, plywood, veneers, oak and all other wood types. As well as offering sanding, de-tabbing and other finishing services to provide the best parts

CNC routed aluminium component

Metal & Composites

We CNC cut non ferrous metals such as aluminium, brass and copper. We can cut as well as route to depths and drill holes. We can also waterjet cut ferrous metals

Plastics

We can work with all varieties of plastics on our CNC, cutting at greater speed than laser. CNC is the best option for cutting plastics which do not laser well
