Estimator & Technical Sales Specialist
Freelance or Part-time - rate based upon experience. 2-3 days per week

Whether you’re a seasoned estimator looking for a part-time position, or a freelancer who takes on quoting and sales work independently — we’d like to hear from you. The priority is finding someone who genuinely knows the industry and can hit the ground running
HOW THIS ROLE COULD WORK- We are considering either option
Part-time employed
A regular part-time position with set hours each week. Ideal if you’re looking for something stable and ongoing alongside other commitments.
Freelance / contract
Working with us on a self-employed basis, handling quotes and customer enquiries as needed. Flexible and project-based.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
• Receiving and reviewing customer enquiries — interpreting technical drawings, DXF/DWG files, and written briefs
• Producing accurate, competitive quotes for CNC machining, laser cutting, and engraving work
• Liaising with production to understand lead times, material availability, and capacity
• Following up on quotes and converting enquiries into confirmed orders
• Building and maintaining relationships with new and returning customers
• Responding to customer enquiries efficiently, and keeping them up to date with process
• Identifying opportunities to upsell or suggest more efficient manufacturing approaches
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• Proven experience in estimating or technical sales within a manufacturing environment
• Strong working knowledge of manufacturing processes – laser cutting / CNC / Waterjet / Vinyl / Embroidery / Heatpress – or similar background
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and CAD files
• Commercially minded — understands margins, materials, and machine time
• Excellent communication skills; confident dealing with customers by phone and email
• Organised and self-sufficient — equally comfortable working independently or as part of a team

Personal Assistant to the Director

HOW THIS ROLE COULD WORK- We are considering either option

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
• Calendar management for the Director
• Managing emails, correspondence, and follow-ups on behalf of the Director
• Typing up and actioning meeting notes
• Scheduling meetings, calls, and appointments
• Helping organise personal and business admin tasks
• Booking travel, accommodation, or events
• Liaising with suppliers, clients, or other contacts
• Drafting documents when required/ Risk Assessments
• Any other ad-hoc tasks that come up day to day
• Researching suppliers, services, or information as needed
• Sending Ts & Cs to clients, and following up for signatures
• Supplies and resource management / ordering
• Driving the company to improve operational efficiency and streamline workflows
• Pay invoices and submit receipts to Quickbooks
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• Solutions focused – ability to offer ways to automate work or improve on our existing systems
• Able to identity problems and resolve
• Previous experience as a PA, VA, or in a similar support role
• Tech-savvy — comfortable with email, calendars, Dropbox, Google Workspace, Excel, Adobe, Trello, Monday.com, Quickbooks, Claude Ai or similar systems
• Highly organised and reliable — follows through on tasks without being chased
• Excellent written communication; confident drafting emails and correspondence and confident on the phone
• Discreet and professional when handling sensitive information, we are under Non-Disclosures with a lot of our clients
• Available at reasonably short notice when additional tasks arise
• Self-motivated — happy working independently with minimal briefing

Facilitating Live events - Brand Activations
Ad-hoc, £20 p/h for drivers
ABOUT THE ROLE
Please see our Events page to see the kind of activations we offer. This role is suited to confident drivers, as the equipment needs moving per event (we have a company electric vehicle tha would be used.) Collection and drop off to SW16, usually jobs in central London but sometimes out of town jobs too
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• Candidates who are great with people, and stay calm under pressure as these events are fast paced
• Confident driving a van in London
• Bonus if any experience with laser engraving, embroidery or heatpress -we can provide full training though
• Keen eye for detail - to check if personalisations are centred, applied straight etc

Work Experience
Up to 25 hours per week, for students as part of their school program

We take on several work experience students per Easter or Summer holidays to assist them in learning about the workplace and possibilities for creative careers
